Rules for participation:
Participants must be the citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Participants must register at ai4digigov.com.
Participants can participate as individuals or teams of 2-3 persons.
The following information is collected during the registration.
- First name, last name
- Active email address
- Year / Age interval
- Kaggle username
- Is student (yes/no)
- Workplace/educational institution
- CV (uploaded as pdf)
- Linkedin profile
- Experience with AI
When participating as a team, the team leader must specify above mentioned information for each team member. Besides that, team leader and team name must also be specified.
For participation in the competition, participants must have Kaggle accounts.
It is allowed to use external data. However, the external data must be shared with other teams in the discussion section no later than 3 hours left till the end of the competition.
Participants must share the code that generates the submission file with organizers. The code must be written in R or Python programming language. Participants must also share model training files and external data files (if used) with organizers.
Submitted predictions must match the predictions generated by the submitted code.
Once the competition ends, the submissions will be analyzed and checked for any cheating. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the competition if the organizers have a justifiable belief that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harasses any other participants or organizers. In this case, the next highest scoring participant will be selected.
As it is a local competition, it is required that all the participants be the citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic. Therefore, before the awards ceremony, all the winners will be required to submit their national identity cards.
The awards are specified as below:
I place - 4000 AZN
II place - 2000 AZN
III place - 1000 AZN
The copyrights of the data belong to "E-GOV Development Center" public legal entity.
You agree not to transmit, duplicate, publish, use commercially, redistribute or otherwise provide or make available the Competition Data to any party not participating in the Competition and you will be responsible for the same should they occur.
The copyright of the source codes of the models developed during competition belongs to “E-GOV Development Center" public legal entity.
